Atherosclerosis is the narrowing and thickening of your blood vessels due to a buildup of cholesterol-rich plaque. This blocks your blood flow, increasing your risk of stroke, heart attack and even death. So how do you clean out those clogged arteries? There are several natural ways to do this.

There are several fruits that help to unclog the arteries. Cherries contain over 17 elements to clear the plaque. Cherries have anthocyanins which have high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory  elements.  Cherries have fiber and potassium to help the heart.
